"My experience is the same as everyone elses. Ordered a camera in March.. it's now October.. I left the order open to see what would happen. No camera. Completely rude and dishonest, one of the salesmen even called me an idiot because I couldn't understand why after 4 "it'll be there in 10 days" lies they wouldn't own up and say they couldn't get it. Again.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! "

"I bought a Fuji S-602 at a very attarctive price (Ithought) and the same thing as many other cutemers happened to me they use a trick called order confirmation and you have to call them back and then they try to sell a bunch of junk at inflated prices. I called and politely refused to buy anything else. I have been waiting for my camera since then. I called they promise two weeks, a month, two months and then I one time called as a new customer and they said they had the camera and then I revealed who I was and they said it won't be availabel for my zip code due to allocation, however, they would sell me the excutive package for about 2.5 times the price immedaitely. They never respond to email and they all seem to lie and they have canned stories that use over and over again. Their 800 number does not work any more and after reating twice "Please wait, it hangs up. PLEASE DON"T DEAL WITH THESE PEPOLE AND LET THEM DIE SO THEY WON"T HURT AND STEAL PEOPLE"S MONEY. Iam reporting them to all rating comapnies as well as BBB. These people are thieves and rude and very dishonest."

"This is the worst Internet club I've dealt with
I bought a Nikon 4500 Camera for $444 and a 5 yr Extended warranty for $200. When I first called for the "verification E Mail" they insisted on purchasing an accessory. After 1.5 months placing the order I received the item with a 5 Year extended plan I bought from then. I was told that the 5 year extended plan had a $75 rebate. When I received it there were no rebates and they never responded to my E Mails and also disconnected the 1866 number. I was first told of free shipping, but on the final invoise they charged me shipping of $17.95.

"Same as every one else! My S45 that I was told was "In Stock" is now a "discontinued product" (as of 3JN03). ***-***-****/(***-***-****/(***-***-**** have all been disconnected. HOWEVER I got through on ***-***-**** to finally cancel my 3 month old order. I would NEVER do business with they guys again!!!! Hope this helps someone else."

"I ordered a digital camera, order delayed over a month - out of stock. Substitued "package deal" which was to include $300 worth of accessories which were never sent. DigitalDealz charged my credit card for the items. WHen called, promised to send immeidately but that was a LIE, FRAUD. Never received the items. No reply to emails, letters, calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY. ORDER FROM ANOTHER !!!!!!!! "

"LISTEN TO ALL OF THE REVIEWS HERE! This is a terrible company. I placed an order on-line for a Sony DCR-TRV50 digital camcorder for an "amazing" low price of $940 plus $29.95 shipping on 1/1/03. As of 5/28/03, the order tracking info at their website still shows the item on backorder. Their 1-866 phone number gives me a fast busy signal (I wonder if it's been disconnected) and 4 e-mailed requests to cancel my order over the last 3 months has been without any acknowledgement or response. I ended up purchasing the product through another vendor. If DigitalDealz actually have the gall to complete my order and charge my VISA account after all these months despite my cancellation requests, I'll be furious!"

"I placed an order for a canon s45 on 4/1/2003 and was told it was in stock for immediate delivery. Now two months later and multiple phone calls with mulitiple lies told by Digitaldealz, they cancel my order. This must be the very worst company I've attempted to do business with. "My experience is exectually as the same as you guys.I placed the order(# 52250) on April 1 for SONY DSC 717 from DIGITALDELZ.COM. But now that website shows my order is still processing.
I tried to call them to confirm my order but every phone line was busy all the time. That's really sucks! Today I sent the email to them to cancel my order.
The only thing that I worry about is they will charge me with my credit card cuz I am not sure if they have accepted my canelation of the order. What should I do?

"Oh my god, my experience was EXACTLY, EXACTLY the same as those of ABINT, KENNETHPARDUE, RKHIII below and probably everyone else...DIGITALDEALZ are a den of scam artists who don't seem very eager or able to sell people digital cameras!!! Placed an order for a SONY DSC-F717 on 25 FEB....was told it was in stock and I would have it in 10-14 days for delivery. 3 weeks later was told it was on back order and have to wait another 10 days. 4 weeks later I was promised it would go out in 1 or 2 days, by "Steven Carter". This past Monday, 31 MAR, "Patrick" told me it's still on back order and it should be 8 to 12 days before they got there shipment. That was more than enough for me and I cancelled. I hooked up with DBUYS.COM 10 minutes later, ordered very easily, the camera was shipped in 1 day, and I received it on Thursday, 3 APR....at a cheaper price!!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM DIGITALDEALZ!!!!!!!!!"

"Amazing how similar the stories are on these guys and mine is no different. Against my better judgement after reading nothing but bad reviews all over the web on this company I gave 'em a shot on the 15th with a digital camera purchase. 2 weeks and a myriad of phone calls later I canceled the order when they informed me the product was out of stock (and yea, the guy hung up on me as well). Odd however that the camera was in stock if ordered with several inflated add-ons. Save yourself the hassle...if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck... "

"Terrible! They had a great price and free shipping on a digital camera. After ordering, however, I was given a notification that I had to contact them before order completion. I did, to find that they tried to push other "deals" on me and when I refused told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to ship my order. March 20, 11 days after my order, I called them to see why my order hadn't shipped... they told me that it would be ANOTHER 2-3 weeks for shipping! I promptly told them to cancel my order and the guy hung up in my face.

Saving on free shipping is NOT worth this hassle.

"This comapny is a joke. I took a chance and placed an order due to the low pricing the had on the site. Like the others have said, the try to push all the extras on you. Either way, after letting the rude person know i wasn't interested in special batteries, i got my order placed. I had it set up for next day delivery which ran about $100 more. They told me it would be here(PA) the next day. Well nothing was delivered and i called them. They gave me this bogus story that is was redirected to CA somehow. I blew up then after hearing that. So long story short, they said they are gonna send a new order to me and it would be there the next day. Well, again no camera. I called them up again. They said the order was shipped and i should have that night. Well i asked for a tracking # and they couldn't give it to me. So i wait another day, no camera. I called again. It turns out it was never shipped(i called FED-X)so i canceled the order. To this date they have yet to refund my money back to my credit card. Thanks to the advice of another poster, i contacted the AG office of NY and the BBB also. My bank is taking care of getting my money back now. i was able to dig up some info on the comapany.
