Was a little dubious about ordering from Hong Kong, but delivery was quicker than most UK orders I've placed.

Haven't had to use the sellers warranty as goods in perfect working order so cannot say how good that is. I did receive 2 year manufacturer's EU warranty card anyway.

"I discovered DigitalRev through their YouTube camera reviews and really liked them. I didn't realise they had a store but they came up in google when I searched for the lens I bought. I read a few reviews and decided to give them a go.
I ordered 11pm Friday and recieved it on Monday morning!!!! I have been shocked all week.
My order was fulfilled in every way beyond my expectations so I can certainly recommend them. "

"Awesome! One word of warning though. You need to make sure the card you are paying with is registered to the shipping address. When i first placed my order, DigitalRev cancelled the order as the card address was different to the shipping address and the payment was "pre-authorised" so i couldn't use this money until this had cleared. It took 15 days to clear.

Once cleared though I placed the order again on Thursday, made sure the shipping address was the same as the registered card address and my camera was delivered on the following Monday.

"I was drawn to DigitalRev by the funky videos and informative reviews. I also found myself drawn to the social side of the site.
The prices were very competitive and found myself placing an order for my upgrade to full frame. It was a considerable investment and i'm very happy to say that the items arrived very promptly and very well packed.
It took a little longer than i had hoped for the items to be dispatched. But as this was my first order with DigitalRev and for such a large value, they wanted to complete some security checks first. Therefore i can't fault the small delay as they were protecting my interests as well as their own.
I have already placed my second order within 2 days and this was a very quick turn around with no delays and again faultless products.
The only comment which is not an issue for me, was that the flash came with Chineese instructions. But 30 seconds on the net and i had a PFD in english on my iPad.
