"It was a shakey start - I ordered and took a few days to verify my payment details then it took a couple of days to look for one of my products.

But once it was shipped, they made sure it got to me quickly. I called them a few times to follow up on their mistakes and they were able to fix them and push my order forward. Customer service was great.

The products are really great, not a single issue. I was a little perlexed that Digital rev replaced the warranty card with their own worldwide warranty card. At least I feel better having an item thats from overseas.

Overall, products are great, and service was great - but if you are using a differnt shipping address to your billing address, its probably best to call them to make sure verification is easier and faster.

"Bought Canon 650D after much consideration, and I must say that the delivery and information leading up to that delivery were excellent and fast. The product was superb, though it has been put away for Christmas, but having a Canon PowerShot G9, the sophistication is a huge step up!
Big saving on UK pricing, which I guess emphasises that we are in a global market. It's a shame that Canon aren't prepared to address this by offering international warranty on their camera's.
All in all.... an excellent experience!
