When placing my order for the new Canon S110 camera (at a very reasonable price, of course) I put instructions on my delivery address that it would be OK to leave the package with a neighbour, if I was out. This prompted emails from DigitalRev's Security Department to make quite sure I was who I claimed to be and lived where I said I did. That is quite reassuring.
The package arrived promptly, very well packed indeed, and I could see its full progress across the world using the excellent DHL online tracking system, again very reassuring.
The camera is supplied with a proper UK three-pin plug on the charger lead, which I didn't expect. I did check with Canon whether there would be a UK warranty, and was told no. But as promised DigitalRev included a smart 12-month warranty certificate of their own, and I just hope I never have to test it!

"Ordered two items, one said would be dispatched in 24 hours, the other, 48. It took DigitalRev over three weeks to dispatch my order, sending me an email saying they had an "unexpected transfer delay between regional warehouses" TWICE. Suffice to say, I won't be ordering from them again."

"If you are worried about ordering from DigitalRev, don't be. I ordered my Canon 5D Mkiii with 24-105 F4.0 L lens on Thursday and it arrived 9.15 AM Monday morning. I was kept informed through DHL about every stage of the camera's journey from Hong Kong.
I paid £800 less than the best price I could find in the UK. There were no additional costs to pay, DigitalRev took care of any import duties within the price.
I have just ordered another item from them.
