"Did a lot of research before buying from DigitalRev to be shipped to UK because they were based in HK. Was a little put off by some people with complaints, but the simple fact is they delivered my item as promised, on time and at a price that was £250 cheaper than UK for my Canon 7D! I'm not so fussed about it being an import because they give you a 12 month store warranty. Overall a brilliant service would happily recommend to anyone buying from he UK.

"A catalogue of errors, and still waiting for my camera!

Firstly, I was charged twice which wiped out my bank account and caused me a pretty embarrassing situation of having a payment to a supplier declined.

It appears that PP authorised the payment (over £2000) when I placed the order, but then a week later when DigitalRev apparently shipped the camera they also FORCED a further payment of the same amount which caused my bank account to be overdrawn which resulted in scheduled payments being missed and card payments declined to an important supplier. As a small business that is highly embarrassing and may cause untold damaged to the reputation I hold with clients and suppliers.

Then, having taken a day off work to wait for delivery I see that my package has sat in my local FedEx depot all day before being taken to another depot 150 miles away! I queried this and find that DigitalRev have told them to hold there it as I'd complained about the double charge.

Err, WHAT? Not only have I been charged TWICE, but you think then you can hold back my camera because I complain about that? Who's in the wrong here, they take an extra TWO THOUSAND POUNDS from my account, and then hold back my delivery as well?

It's now FIVE DAYS LATER and I'm still waiting for it. They've had my money, I've taken three days off work waiting for delivery and still no sign. It seems to take two days to get any kind of response from customer services and that's not actually helped with any solution.

I'm wasting time, lost more money to lost work over this and no further forward. Going to ask for a refund and never deal with them again. "
