"After putting in my order and not getting a confirmation or received anything for over a month, I was finally able to reach them by phone (the email on the order confirmation was out of service) and Laurie was very helpful. As I requested she has followed up with me confirming the shipping date and when it should arrive with usps. Laurie has been wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Laurie for your hard work."

"In early August I ordered and paid for a pair of Swarovski earrings. The earrings never arrived. I contacted Dillyeo and Laurie their Customer Service representative answered my E-Mail. Laurie followed up on my complaint for almost an entire week and she was able to have the earrings shipped. She is a tremendous asset to the company she represents. Louis A.Podesta"

"I ordered an iPhone case through Spreebird deals and when it hadn't arrived after a month I was more than a little concerned (especially after reading some of the reviews on the Internet!) I contacted dillyeo by phone and email and hot a response from both. Moshe was super apologetic and explained that there supplier had let them down on delivery of the black cases and so agreed to mail me the white one immediately. That was Friday and it arrived Monday! Great product, really pleased with it and great service! Thank you do much."

"This company is horrid! I ordered and received defective merchandise. When I called several times I got no response. When I finally reached someone I was met with defensiveness, dishonesty, disinterest, and, frankly, being ignored, since whatever I was promised in terms of a refund was not lived up to, save my $2 shipping cost. I see the other terrible reviews and they just touch the surface. I gave a final courtesy and said they had one week to send my refund, after which I wiuld begin to contact BBB and the state and U.S Attorneys General. Today ended the week and , of course, no refund, so, tomorrow I begin to keep my promise. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!This fiasco has been going on for months, and I am through being mad a fool of."

"I had a kgbdeal for a pair of grilling tongs sold through Dillyeo. I placed the order March 24, 2012, and then when I didn't receive the order by May, I started sending e-mails asking for status. NEVER received a reply. I had ordered a couple of other items from Dillyeo, and those came in quickly. However, the original order for tongs is still not here. I also checked the status on their website, and the status for ALL items, including the ones I received, was "processing". I contacted kgbdeals to register my complaint."

free shipping from Dillyeo. Order has been placed for about 5 weeks. Their website still shows order processing. The Email page to contact them does not work. This is really not a serious website and I will never order from them again. I am sure getting a refund is going a nightmare.

"I suggest to anyone thinking of doing business with this company to research them well before doing so. 9 out of 10 reviews are negative... and the only positive ones smell of being planted by management and/or staff at Dillyeo in order to improve their ratings.
My experience here was the same as most... I placed my order and waited... and waited... and waited... no updates on their ordering system... always and only showing my order as "processing". After a multitude of attempts to contact customer service, or ANYONE at this company failed, I finally filed an action with paypal... hoping to get a reaction from the company. I asked for either my order, or a refund. The only thing i got in return was a form letter (credit note) advising me that my order was being canceled and credited (minus a $2.75 fee).
That is all I have gotten so far. The credit itself has NOT appeared in my paypal account. I guess i will have to once again, involve paypal to get my money refunded.

"I don't pay much attention to the deal of the day kind of emails, but my Wired subscription was getting ready to expire, and Dillyeo had a one year for $5. Even if it overlapped an issue, that would still be cheaper, so I went for it. I should have smelled the sulfur when I opened the email. I paid on October 17, 2011 4:23:56 PM, and, as of 12/31, the order is still shown as "processing." Their customer "service" has so far ignored my email queries done through their website contact form and via direct email. It's my fault for not paying attention; I had thought they were aDealio, and didn't realize those are two separate companies, so little do I pay attention to that sort of thing. Gosh, they didn't even kiss me! Update: they finally did respond on their website, stating "there will be a waiting time of between 8-14 weeks. This is absolutely normal. There are occasions when magazines take up to 20 weeks." The subscription actually DID finally get activated: my first issue arrived 2/16/12. Maybe having filed a dispute with PayPal helped. Having had a previous subscription with Wired, I had contacted Wired also; they claimed that the delay had nothing to do with their end. Dillyeo claims that "there are some hurdles that we must jump in order to get this amazing bargain to you." Hurdles? In the information age? Do they have to engrave the data on stone tablets and carry it to Wired by donkeyback?"

"Orderd once a year ago, took forever to get the item no updates.

Tried it again about two weeks ago to see if it was a fluke. Item is still "pending" on "overnight shipping" (day 9). Have not responded to two seperate emails to CS. Not worth the time dealing with them.

"I ordered a set of earbuds from Dillyeo on May 5, 2011. My order had not shipped by May 10th, so I contacted them about it. Two days later on the 12th I still had not heard from them, so I contacted them again. A day later on the 13th I finally got a response from Brian Wasz at Dillyeo.

Brian proceeded to lie in his response first by stating "Our team of customer service representatives is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for all of your questions so please feel free to let us know what is on your mind". Really Brian, available 24/7, it was over 24 hours after my second ticket was created & over 3 days after my first ticket before I ever heard from anyone at Dillyeo, that is NOT 24/7 customer support! The second and biggest lie was Brian claimed "As for your order, it is well on its way to you as it was shipped the day after your purchase". He also provided the USPS tracking #. The tracking # shows my order was not shipped until May 11th, NOT on the 6th like he claimed! And to top it off, my order was listed as "next day shipping", my order did not arrive until the 16th, standard slow shipping, not overnight!

You'll notice this company has all 1 star or 5 star ratings here. Most of the 1 star ratings had problems similar to mine, very slow shipping & terrible customer support. ALL the 5 star ratings sound like they are phony ratings posted by the owner or employees of Dillyeo trying to bring up their rating on this site!!! This is a very common practice for shady companies like Dillyeo.

Also if you go to their website and look around, you will find no contact information at all for this company! There are no phone numbers, business or email addresses listed anywhere on their website!!! This is a major warning sign that I forgot to check before I did business with them. I'm glad my only problems where very slow shipping & terrible customer support!


I highly recommend you think twice before ever doing business with Dillyeo.com.

I personally will NEVER order from Dillyeo again!!

"Ordered socks from them 11/11/10 for a Christmas gift. Hadn't heard anything regarding a shipment update so on 12/2/10, I contacted them advising I hadn't received the item. They replied back with what seemed to be a standard template apologizing for the delay and that a "new order" would be sent out. Fine. Six days later and still no shipping update. So I contacted them yet again for a refund. They stated they would refund (which they promptly did)the charge and send the item out anyway. I just logged into my account (after about eight months) and the order is still "processing". What a joke. I will never order from them again."

"I ordered a multi-led bulb w/ remote and got it 4 days later. Unfortunately I got a bad bulb, not their fault, they don't make the product, it happens. Emailed them explaining the issue. Got a reply the same day saying they're gonna ship out a replacement that evening. Perfect customer service. Problem corrected before I even got to respond."
