"Horrible customer service horrible shipping I was one of the many suckers that orderd ear muffs BEFORE the weather turned cold. I emailed them three times asking for a update and later a refund. I have yet to hear anything back from them, almost two months. I knowly have ordered stuff from China only to get it 14-21 days later. This was not marked anywhere as drop shipped. I think I followed a link from woot.com, hard to remember something like that since I ordered them on Nov 9, 2010. I am NEVER GOING TO ORDER from them again. Going on what happened with my order and others order for something as simple as ear muffs. The website prevents you from canceling the order and opening up tickets does not help."
"Same as below. Order a pair of ear-muffs in Nov, got a shipping notice but order did not arrive for 3weeks. Then got hold of Brian (claims CEO) on a woot.com thread. Mailed him and got what turned out to be an automated reply. 3weeks later no package so mailed Brian again and got the same canned response of first-time.
No idea if i'll ever get even my money back."

I contacted the company through their ticket system. They were quick to offer a satisfactory conclusion to the problem. I am happy to deal with a company that resolves problems easily."
"Ordered one of the deal of the day t-shirts. Arrived at my house promptly (I think it took about 1 week, but no more than 2 wks). Shirt quality is good and the print looks nice and aligned. Material is def not American Apparel-esque by any means, but it wasn't advertised to be and is of good quality (feels like a Hanes Beefy T). I would order from them again. "
"I ordered 4 Gorillapod (flexible mini-tripods) on 17 November 2010. I saw the deal on Woot.com, so I took advantage of it along with an additional coupon for some more savings. When I checked out using PayPal my order was billed as $16+ compared to the $25+ shown on my receipt. Clearly, it was a price mistake.
When I checked my Dillyeo account the next day, my order was shown as cancelled. I waited for a few more days to see if I would get a refund of my $16+ since PayPal already charged it. After not seeing any refund and not getting any further confirmation from Dillyeo regarding my cancelled order, I decided to contact ****@**** requesting for a refund.
In less than 24 hours, I got an immediate response from Brian, and he assured me that he would take care of fulfilling my order even at the $16 price. Brian was very committed to customer service. A week later my package arrived.
This has truly been a positive experience in my history of online shopping. Therefore, I will continue shopping on Dillyeo.com.

+1wk - Submitted ticket asking why the same order appears on my history page 9 times.
+1.5wk - Response from support - assuring me that item shipped. Says order appears 9 times likely because I clicked the 'submit' button 9 times. lol.
+3wk - "Sorry the item you ordered is out of stock - please pick a different color" email (WHAT?!)
+3.5wk - Shipped email notification says item shipped to billing address. Emailed support, no response.
+4wk - Email saying they have to wipe their support DB because there's some problem.
+4.5wk - First item recieved at proper address (somehow?)
+4.5wk - Sent email asking why 2nd item doesn't show that it's been shipped yet
+4.5wk - Response: "That's odd - call us back if you don't get a response in 24hr"
+5wk - No response. Long angry rant email sent.

+7wk - Requesting refund for never-shipped 2nd item through Google Payments.

"Placed an order on 5/24/09 for a "Sound Activated Equalizer T-Shirt 15 shipped!". I paid threw paypal. On 5/26/09 I sent an email to ****@**** request an Invoice and the email was Bounced back to me after a few days as it was un deliverable. I did eventually get an email from the company saying that there was an influx of orders ect ect should have by the 6/11/09. That date came and went and still no invoice or shirt. On 6/13/09 I opened a dispute for the payment via Paypal to get a refund since the shirt never came. On 6/15/09 the money was refunded to my Paypal account.
