"Ordering online was easy. I requested pick up at the West Springfield office. I picked a day and time I wanted to pick them up at. The next day I got an email from Dinn Brothers saying my order shipped but with no tracking number. I never received an email or phone call that my order was ready for pick up. Needless to say I had to postpone my team party until I was able to get the medals.
I suggest communicating better. Send an email or make that phone call stating your order is ready for pickup."
