"I had minimal time to get my order completed. They had guaranteed delivery by my final deadline, but I was still concerned because things can still cause delays. Much to my surprise, my six day delivery turned into two. I was blown away.

That said, some letters were missing from one of my medals. This was NOT a proofing issue. The line was too long for the width of the medal, so it simply cut off the last part of one of my player's names. If the form on the website allows for X number of characters, they should fit on the product.

The speed was incredible. But if their expediting the process compromises quality, I would prefer it to be slower."
