"I purchased an item and it never arrived, but I eventually got a full refund. They said it would take a long time to get here, but after that time passed, they initially said it had been too long to get a refund. After going back and forth by email with customer service, they found that the street address hadn't made it's way onto the order (but didn't they have my billing address?).
