"We purchased a USB adaptor from DinoDirect but when we tried to use it it did not seem to work. We spent some time checking with Apple in case the problem was my iPad and then more time checking our cameras in case they were the problem and finally realised the problem was the adaptor.
By now the allowed 30 days to initiate a refund had passed but I sent an Email to DinoDirect to let them know that the product was faulty expecting that nothing would be done about it.
I was so very pleasantly surprised when I received, over a couple of Emails wonderful customer service which showed how much they care about their customers. They were friendly and supportive and despite being late to make contact they have refunded the payment by way of adding the funds to the DinoDirect wallet.
I Emailed my appreciation to them and said that I wanted to register my satisfaction with their service. They sent me the link to this site to to that. "
