"I ordered a hat for vacation over two weeks ahead of time, thinking that was plenty of time based on my experience ordering things online in the past. It was shipped from China and at first I could track the package until it left the country, then I couldn't even track the package anymore. I went out and bought a new hat the night before I left for vacation. When I returned from vacation the hat was finally there....too late.

I did an RMA request, and ended up having to email them directly, because the RMA request didn't work. From that point on, they started contacting me directly to resolve the issue.
