"I bought a UniqueFire A10 Q5 LED Flashlight about a month ago and was very impressed with the customer service of this site. Soon after I received the goods, I found it to be defective. The LED light only worked twice, overheated excessive and died soon after. I contacted the customer service through the email and was given a very prompt service. We worked through the problem together and tried to find the cause and resolution. Since the light could not be fixed in Australia, they were happy to send a replacement in the mail which was unexpected.

Before contacting the customer service, I did not hold much hope on recovering my losses as they are miles away from me and can just ignore my request. I was very surprised of the service I got. Well done Dino! Highly recommended!"

"More i read the reviews here about this company, it seem to me like It is impossible to get such a high mark while at many other review websites, they don't have so many favorable reviews. Here, these reviews are written in such a way that it is suspicious and seem to be written by the staff of dinodirect.
I will never do business with them again because they have failed with 2 orders.Once they've sent me the wrong item, then the second one, they took the money and never sent anything. I've had to ask what was the problem because they would not say anything about the order. Nightmare company. My account should be finally closed after a partial refund.
Update: the refund was even less than I thought it should of been and even if I send some e-mails asking to close my account, they just don't delete my account. Beware.
