"I had a gift purchased and sent direct to recipient returned to Dino direct in error. I advised them of the error and re-purchased item and sent successfully. To my surprise Dino Direct refunded my first purchase based on my claim and was impressed with the service received"

"I ordered 2 of an item that was advertized on Facebook. I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew it was shipping from Singapore. I ordered on Jan 9 and as of Jan 31 it hasn't arrived and customer service has seemed to me to be joking with me, offering me a $5 gift card to give them a 5 star rating. I would steer clear of this company. I give them one more week to receive my order before I cancel through my credit card. I've never encountered customer service people like those who have responded to my emails. As if they are now taunting me with jokes.

In addition, I have since noticed the price of the items I ordered have been reduced by 1/2 and they won't credit me for paying full price even though I haven't received the items. Most retail stores will let you return/refund items for the lower price within a certain amount of time.

Update to my review (2/20/2013)
DinoDirect made good on a refund for the difference between what I paid and the sale price that I saw not long after my purchase. I had trouble with receiving the package, but part of that turned out to be a problem with my local post office which I won't go into here. But my opinion now is that DinoDirect is a good company to deal with, though their customer service still needs some training. :)"

"I have dealt with Dino Direct before. Although they take a bit of time to deliver the product, it's free shipping. Also, the items received are of good quality for the price.

The main reason for this review though, is the customer service agent Sharon. She is extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional and polite. She answers questions quickly and thoroughly, even providing details I did not ask initially!
