"Having brought the first product from the store, it was not in stock. they very quickly gave a refund and i ordred a new product which arrived in 10 days, so more than happy.
When the product arrived it did not work. Contacted Dino direct customer service via the chat and uploaded a video of the fault. The customer service was great and offerd a full refund stright away and recived the refund in a matter of minutes, so again happy.
I am going to order a new product from Dino direct so fingers crossed. I will update on this. Over all Dino direct customer service have been excellent so far in resolving my problems."

"Do not buy anything at every DinoDirect, they deliver products with absolutely no quality. I had a pair of pants and a sweater ordered and both are hard, smelly and the pants ensures that all I get red spots on my legs and hands.

Definitely not good quality, so I had DinoDirect asked to take the stuff back, and that they only want to do that if I pay shipping back to China. While I have paid $ 1 extra for ''free return'' when i ordered the product.
