"I built the first PC I've built in ages using PC Part Picker and when I was ready to order, I figured I'd make things easy and chose each of my 5 parts (tower, ram, hard drive, CPU and motherboard) from the same supplier. It turns out the best deal was all from Direct Canada.

Placing the order was a piece of cake, and soon enough, everything shipped. It was pretty timely. However, what I didn't like was the fact that all 5 pieces came in 4 different shipments. 3 were sent to Canada Post and the other was sent to Purolator. It's not the worst thing to ever happen, but I was hoping everything would have come in one box... not in separate shipments at different times.

Still, at least I was able to track everything very easily using the web tools.

As it turned out though, my CPU fan was too tall, and wouldn't fit in my chosen case. Setting up an RMA was nice and smooth, and I was able to ship the tower back for very close to a full refund. There was a small restocking fee, and I had to pay the shipping.

All in all though, I'm VERY satisfied with the service that Direct Canada provided and should I need other parts, I'll most definitely order from them again.
