"The fixtures were not what I expected and I had to return them at my cost plus 10% restocking fee. These were goose-neck halo lights but they were so heavy that the goose neck could not support the sockets and they drooped in a vertical installation.

Any savings in fixture price was eaten up by shipping costs and return costs. Better to buy locally where you can inspect the product before purchase rather than taking a crap shoot online.
