"I have ordered many fixtures from Direct Lighting in the past, and was satisfied, but this time they shipped me the wrong order. I paid $21 postage to receive this wrong order. To return the wrong order I will need to pay postage to send it back, and then $21 again to receive the correct order, for a total of $60 shipping on a $60 order. This, to me, is unfair and not good customer service.
