"My order arrived on the day projected"

"Bought LED replacements for monopoint Halo MR16 track lights and the replacements would not fit into the Halo monopoint bases. I opened up 4 fixtures and none would work. Spent over an hour trying to make them work while had no problem with the original Halo track fixtures. Called Direct-Lighting support and was told that they sell thousands of these lights for the tracks and perhaps it just wasn't going to work for these 20 year old monopoint bases. He said just send them back and he will email me mailing labels. Before I even had a chance to look at my email I was playing around with a Halo extender stem as I was thinking how disappointing it was to pack these light fixtures back up. The 1 circuit 3 prong base really looked like the original Halos and I thought it should fit and after another 20 minutes I managed to connect the extender stem to one fixture. That was the Eureka moment. It did take a substantial amount of effort to force them through the old monopoint bases (including a tap with a small hammer) but they all worked. None of the fixtures bent out of place and they look beautiful, updated and expensive.

I really appreciated that I had already had permission to send the light fixtures back with labels ready to be printed in my email account but even happier that the labels would now not be necessary.

The above is my first review. Here is the second review. Never got a call-back. I called again and they gave me a return authorization. I sent the items back at my own expense, then re-ordered, making sure I used the right item numbers. Got the second order today and AGAIN got the wrong lampshade. Called the number on the invoice and got a message that no one was available. Left a message. So far, no call-back."
