"I purchased 5 pendant lights on Oct. 28, 2011. Prior to paying for the order I called their facility to verify if the canopies (purchased separately) come with a ceiling mounting bracket. The answer was "Yes, of course! It is in the package" Today, Nov. 3rd I received the order, but the litlle canopy has no mounting bracket or any other device to attach it to the ceiling. I called their customer service and as it turned our the supervisor happens to be the owner. She denies that they ever said such a thing, very unproffesional and quite rude. They do not want to provide the hardware nor do they want to take the merchandise back unless I pay for the shipping. Do not consider doing business with this company. It left me a very bad taste. "
