"So far with every auction the items that I have purchased are well worth it. Sure there are items that are damaged or do not work but I have found more working good items than those they do not. Some auctions I might pay a little more but the auctions that I have paid considerably less make up for it. This has helped me with inventory needed to start my own business. I will keep coming back. When I first started I won a bid but it was in Canada it took way too much time and trouble so I asked Direct Liquidation could I cancel the order, they understood and canceled the order. I also learned that I can buy and bid closer to home. When I have at least 4 pallets/orders ready I rent a uhaul pick up my pallets it saves on freight shipping from other states plus I get to meet other ppl and the great staff. I did wind up with way too much inventory but that’s because I couldn’t pass up on the prices I was paying for the merchandise. I had to buy another storage shed and have a Blowout Clearance Sale. People left and came back one guy twice. The next day a guy came back with his brother and the other guy with 2 church members. I also like that I get a manifest with MSRP so I can research each item. I like that I know if my electronics are working or refurbished and the Class “A, B,C” unlike other companies you might get a pallet of TVs and 1 or 2 work or none of them work. That’s a waste of money, time and energy. Thank you Direct Liquidation you’re stuck with me!"
