"I have been happy with the products I have gotten so far. The shopping is fairly simple and clean The only issue I have had has been with communication. it is poor and no really can tell you where an order is the only response they give and are preparing the product. I just don't understand how orders that have to be on pallets because the photos show the product on the pallets. They have to be ready to pick up. I have friends place orders a week after I place my order but get ready quicker. It is just a strange system. I was hesitant to pay for an order today because of the lack of communication and knowing when I can pick up an order placed 2 weeks ago. I also have had an issue with getting problems resolved quickly. I will say so far they have resolved. I have better success with other liquidators but the main reason I keep trying to work with you guys is so far products have been good and that Blacksburg location allows me to save money on shipping because we can send our own truck. I hope to continue to work with Direct Liquidation but they should get a better system on communication and pickup details. "

"I bought a pallet of refurbished electronics from Direct Liquidation. I was expecting something of a mixed bag, but almost everything in it was in top condition, you would never know what has been refurbished, and what was new - other than the packaging.

I've already made my money back, selling at flea markets, and still have about half the pallet left.
