"These were refurbished games or games with damaged packaging. I don't think it is good business practice to list them as new. New should be no damage. The games also are shrink wrapped but the paper slip cover is not under the packaging. I have bought twice from this liquidation company and I have learned my lesson, both times merchandise has been substandard and damahed."
