"Their payment system caused multiple lock-downs of my credit card when trying to pay. They blamed it on an older account I had with them and an overlap of payment related information that they for some reason could not override for me over the phone. I had to fight between accounts to change up information to prevent overlap resulting in over an hour on the phone with my credit card company to unlock my card each time I tried a fix but failed. Finally worked on 4th attempt (i.e. over 3 hours on phone with credit card company plus time spend playing around with DL's system)

Also, their shipping calculator is off by nearly 20% and leads to a nasty surprise at check out.

I will give the young lady I spoke to at customer service a shout out (name not known) as she did her best despite a system that would not actually let her do anything to help.
