"she told me that the auction does not incrementally step up your bid. she said it goes straight to your maximum when you win. we later found out it went to my maximum because the second bidder had a high bid of $1 less than I did. but she kept telling me it does not step up if someone else bids no matter how many times i read the bidding info from web site. But when i called and left a voicemail with my concern i received a phone call back within like 3 hours. That was a huge plus for me. So I'm the end 5 stars overall.
