"I am a long time customer of DL..I have been buying from them for 4 years now..So if you want an honest opinion and review then this is as honest as it gets.
Nobody takes responsibility for anything, Everyone blames everyone else for delays mistakes or problems. You have to ask 10 times and send multiple emails and call multiple times to get anything done. I have probably wasted thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of production time repeating myself to different people, They raise prices regularly with no explanation.., If they owe you money good luck getting it, but if you owe them money they email you everyday. When you buy something it takes them forever to process it, When they finally do process it they send you a notification that they item has shipped and they don't actually ship it for 3 to 7 days after that..there is no real structure to this company you can't achieve any real business strategies or business models with them. They only care about gaining more exposure and business they do not care about maintaining or strengthening their current relationships. As soon as I have the capitol available I am going to put this company out of business. And provide the general resellers with a solution they have always wanted..Thanks"
