"Excelent prices, great shipping."

"I ordered 2 chess games from this company. The Chessmaster 5500 shown on their web site did not indicate it would not work on Windows 2000 operating systems. I also ordered Chess Extreme, which does work with win2k but has a glitch in the cd-rom. I contacted the company, informed them of my problems with the software, was willing to send it back and purchase something else. They told me that they could accept returned software once it had been opened.
Now how exactly does a person know if the software is good or not unlss they attempt to install it?
The young man was going to check with his boss who was supposed to be in a meeting 4 days ago and then email me. This must be the world's longest meeting.
I would not do business with these crooks again. Bad software can be returned and it is their fault they did ot list the compatible O.S. for the software, not the buyer's.
I have sold the Chessmaster to someone with a windows 98 operating system but still am out money for shipping and the other program that does not work.

Update: I just spke with owner and he has sent me a replacement cd for Chess Extreme free of charge a couple days ago I just found out.
