"I bought 4 boxes of rifle ammo online and was charged $8 shipping. i went to pick it up at the D.B. Bakersfield store. They had 2 boxes ofthe 308 but the 7.62 wasn't in yet. They sold me the 7.62 in another brand for an additional $2. So, I guess I paid $6 more by ordering on-line. I'll know better next time."

"A2 stock came with the wrong top screw. The head was so small it poked through the **** plate. Called them to get the right screw and there 2 options were to put washer under the screw or send the entire package back for a replacement (which surely would have had the same small head screw). Unacceptable in my opinion."

"Normally I would give a 4-star rating. However, this case and experience was a complete disappointment in that "the order was shorted" 75% of the products paid for. After calling and explaining their failure, they did promise to resend the remainder they failed to send. They were very professional and explained an issue with a new worker was to blame. All of this caused an issue for an event the ammo was intended for. They took over a week to initially ship, and still have not received the remainder of this order..."
