"My experience with Dirty Bird was quite good. Their product description was fully accurate and very informative. The photo, while "representative" was helpful and accurately captured the item. The rifle I bought was in (surprisingly) good condition and matched what I expected based on the description and photograph. It was also packed very well so it arrived undamagted. The purchase required an FFL and that was a very simple process; I only had to select my local licensed dealer from a list. When I contacted them for a status they responded promptly and were very helpful. I am very pleased with Dirty Bird and I recommend them: I am a fully satisfied customer."

"I was on a waitlist for a product, got the email the item was back in stock so immediately ordered within minutes of receiving the email. I got the order confirmation email then nothing for weeks. I emailed them for an update, no reply. Then I called and had to leave a voicemail, no one called me back. Another week later I get an email stating they over sold the item and I could cancel or wait until it was back in stock. Mistakes happen I understand that but the communication and customer service was awful. I have since received the item and it was a great price, but thankfully I wasn’t in a rush. "
