what customer service??
"I ordered a charging handle on the 26th of Dec 2024. I checked 4 days later [ not shipped ] . Several attempts at emails FINALLY warranted a response. then a storm hit [ not your fault ] but only further delayed shipping.
I ordered a new rifle on 1-5-2025 out of Florida which I have already received so you might imagine [ or not]
why I'm NOT happy with your company. So I will not be purchasing from you in the future. Your customer service is terrible. Have a nice day!"
