I was sent this survey before I received anything from my order, much less all of my order. Very brave to do that.
I ordered various parts with a Larue trigger. DBUSA decided that in stock doesn't mean in stock and that they could just sell parts that they might get in within a few weeks without disclosing the fact that it may be a significant wait. Apparently, they are taking notes from a certain company based in Tacoma who did the same thing recently.
It's already well-known that Dirty Bird and their sister site are very slow shippers to try and get you to pay them for rush processing, but the fact that I received half of my order and had to ask them why the second half hadn't shipped yet before being informed that my parts weren't in stock at all, might be on their next stock order but not guaranteed, and asked to wait. "

Our system should have a buffer to prevent overselling, but unfortunately, it allowed the trigger to sell more than what we had.
