"I placed my order on 11/5. The status of my order had stayed the same for two days. I contacted CS to inquire about any issues with the FFL information. I made the first call to CS on 11/7. I was transferred to someone’s voicemail. I left a message and have yet to receive a callback. I called back again later in the day. An associate took my name, number, and order information and said he'd call me back with information regarding my order. He never called back. Later that day, I tried the online chat. If it weren't for Nadine A., there wouldn't have been any movement on my order. No one could provide a status or confirm the FFL for my order. Nadine said she would investigate my order's status and email me ASAP. I was frustrated and had little faith that I'd receive my order. Finally, on 11/8, I received a notice that a FEDEX label had been created. It's 11/11, and my shipment is still pending because of the weekend and the holiday. This is the first and last time I will purchase anything from this retailer. "
