Knowing the end was soon near, I started shopping for a replacement. I was satisfied with the Sager brand, but didn't want to purchase it from the company that failed to respond to my email. After searching through the forums, many users posted positive reviews about DiscountLaptops.com. After pricing the same machine through the unresponsive vendor, giving them the benifit of the doubt, and discount laptops, the system was cheaper by roughly $50, primarily due to a $.01 shipping promotion. After calling DiscountLaptops and getting a live person and confirming the rough build and shipping time, I took the plunge with no regrets. A little biling snafu arrose and it was immediately brought to my attention, and the matter was resolved within minutes. The laptop shipped four days ahead of schedule and arrived in perfect condition. Nothing but positive results from Discount Laptops. It just goes to show that customer service goes a long way! Too bad for the previous vendor; They probably would have got my business if they returned my email. Any future purchases of mine will start with DiscountLaptops.com."

"I ordered an NP5320. The order process was smooth and Mathew was very friendly. The computer arrived on the specified delivery date.
The computer worked great except that the DVD drive would open whenever the computer was turned on. I contacted Sager about this issue. The response from Sager was modest at best. I sent an email to DiscountLaptops, which was promptly answered. After this, Sager attempted to fix the problem by shipping a new drive. After some confusion over the type of drive being replaced, my NP5320 now runs like a champ. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to pay return shipping on the defective drive to Sager.
