Paid extra for next day morning delivery before noon and when no package showed up I called to find out that their shipper (outside vendor) will deliver my package before 2 pm. Went to the shippers web site and they offer delivery before noon for one price and before 2 pm delivery in my area for another price. You can call it a misunderstanding. But being informed of getting the package before noon and getting it at 2 pm not good customer service. I then had to reschedule all travel plans for the next day. Parts worked great and we are cool again. Beware of extra shipping"
