"Our engineering firm ordered a passenger side mirror for an F150 and received a mirror for an E150. I personally watched the order being placed and the item pictured was not the Item sent. The website has changed since the order was placed. The person I spoke with when I called to complain obviously spoke english as a second language. after a surprisingly short time (aprox 20 min) a supervisor called me back to tell me we had ordered the wrong part and wouldn't agree to swap the parts so I would get the correct part expeditiously but rather compelled me to return the part and wait for the part to arrive at their facility, be inspected and then wait some more for the reimbursement which the supervisor couldn't speculate on when that would be. In the meantime I was welcome to start from scratch and order again and take my chances while SOMEONE was garnishing interest on my money while I was deprived of the use of it. That is good business for them but not me. I think what made the whole thing worse was the constant hollow, rehearsed apologies the supervisor attempted to placate me with in his second-language-english. Won't ever trust them again. "
