"I purchased a pair of mirrors for my Dodge Ram 3500 on May 8th. When the pair arrived, the Driver Side mirror plastic cover was cracked. I contacted customer support, which was very friendly. They assured me a credit to my account was in progress. I ordered another mirror and it too arrived broken. Both the outer shipping boxes were fine, but the colored display box had puncture marks on both boxes. It has almost been a month and I still have not yet received credit for my original return. Also, the customer support liaison assured me that I did not have to send back the broken mirror, then sent RMA and return information with the replacement. Probably going to file a complaint against JC Whitney with the BBB for some resolution. Good luck."
