"The mirror was excellent and fit the vehicle perfectly.
However it was delivered by being tossed over a 6' gate. One corner of the box was completely broken open. Fortunately the mirror was not broken, which was more about good luck, as it was not well packed inside the box. I would suggest Fedex need to exercise a little more care when delivering by either placing it at the front door or perhaps knocking....there was someone home when it was delivered. May also be worthwhile adding some padding to the boxes to protect the contents a little better.

We were able to replace the mirror by purchasing the part ourselves and then paying a much smaller amount to the body shop to paint and install than it was going to cost to have them purchase the part. Ended up saving almost $300, even with the extra money for next day shipping."
