"When I searched for Passenger Side mirror for my Jeep Patriot, it came back with a mirror which fit my car, but it was the wrong one. Since it was delivered to my son's house (who is in Navy) and he was gone supporting our great country, he did not get a chance to open the box until a few months later... Found out it was the Driver side mirror. Customer Service WOULD not accept it back... Beyond their return policy... So I ended up paying for a second mirror. This time, it once again came back with the Driver side mirror when I looked up Passenger side, I had to scroll down and find the Passenger side. Is customer service that bad to help out someone who is serving the country? I guess a customer is supposed to know the part number that ends in a L means is a driver side mirror. The customer service rep said to me "You should have called us to order the part, cause obviously you are confused reading titles of parts on the internet". I replied, obviously I should have called, cause when i search Passenger Side Mirror, the company is also confused and lists Driver Side Mirror First. So much for customer is always right... Not with DISCOUNT AUTO MIRRORS!!! "
