"I purchased mirrors for my car advertised as "original equipment". I have factory power mirrors on BOTH sides, driver and passenger sides. I was sent a power mirror for the passenger side, but a manual non-power mirror for the driver side. When I called to inquire, I was told the mirror was "original equipment - manual", which is NOT original equipment. I was told I could return the incorrect item, but would need to pay the shipping and handling and a restocking fee. This company is deceptive. Original equipment means what the vehicle was equipped with from the factory. Their advertising is false and deceptive, I did not receive original equipment."
