"I placed an order for 2 side mirrors for a 1995 chevy C1500. Your site has no dimension sizes as to the length and or widths and height of the merchandise you sell. In good faith, and according to the vehicle information that was requested, I ordered the two mirrors I thought to be a replacement for the ones I needed. When they arrived they were MUCH larger than I expected, more the size of an SUV then a small pick up truck. When I called to return, I was told that It was my error for ordering the wrong part. Furthermore, supposedly I entered that the year of my truck was an 88', when I KNOW I entered 1995 when asked my year of vehicle. I didn't feel that the error was mine, nor that I should pay any fees in returning. To your company's credit they waved the 10% restocking fee, which amounts to a measly $5 or so, but I did agree to pay for shipping just to be cooperative with your company. But then It cost me $25 to send! That was ridiculous. As a result I am very dissatisfied with your service. Thanks anyways."
