"I was shopping for a mirror for my truck and found Discount Body Parts. I found a direct replacement mirror, so I placed the order. The first one I got was physically cracked and damaged. So, I contacted customer service and they sent me out another one. The second one arrived in better physical appearance, but the performance is very poor.

As soon as I installed it, I went to setup the memory options. and test the functions. My truck has power folding mirrors. It seems the power folding unit in these aftermarket mirrors is of inferior design. First off, the mirror needed assistance unfolding, and was very slow at that. Then, when I went to test the fold, it blew the fuse! I didn't even bother to replace it yet.

Now, I'm so disgusted, I don't even care to get a replacement. These units are CRAP! I want a complete refund for wasting my time. Who's covering my labor?

On top of all this, the components used are of their own design, and internals can not be changed out with OEM parts. So, I can't even use the mirror motor and glass assembly on my factory power folding unit! All I have to say is NEVER AGAIN!!!"
