"I ordered my part on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time. I paid over 50% of the cost of the part for the next day shipping. At the end of business day on Tuesday I never received the part. I contacted customer service and they continued to make excuses on why the part was not here and explain to me that the part was not going to be to me until Thursday. This company is blatantly Committing fraud when you charge a customer for a service and do not provide it. I am very dissatisfied with discount body parts and would never use them again nor recommend them"
