"First let me say that the parts I received were good quality and had a "FAIR" fit to the original parts. I ordered a replacement grill for the front of the car and fits fairly well, but has different fittings from the original part. That made the fit not quite as good as original.
My major problem was the lack of ability to cancel I ordered by mistake. In my case, about an hour after ordering I received an email listing my items ordered. I decided, that I did not want the replacement hood that I ordered, so I called customer service to cancel the order. They told me that I could not cancel even though the order was only a few hours old and had not been fulfilled yet. They were very sorry about it, and instead "offered" to allow me to return the part once received, of course at my expense. When I went to price the shipping of such a large item via UPS and FedEx, the cost started at $10 more than the cost of the replacement hood. It would cost me more than the cost of the original part to return it.
Needless to say I felt duped.
