The bad thing is that you have to make sure the part you are ordering is the right one and if you are not a person that spends a lot of time on the computer then you just may want someone to review it for you. I placed and order for what I thought passager tail light but in fact it was driver side yea that sucks. I called autoparts.com and at first they were very nice until they saw the mistake was on me. Then the parts guy was a dick. and so I started to order the correct part until the part guy made me mad so I cancel that order. they did let me know that there is a $26.03 restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping which was $11.00 dollars. I did go back on line to make any other order to get the part. I did learn that there are other sites to order parts and will be using other carriers. I learn my lesson. Make sure you are ordering the part you need."
