I ordered a head light bulb .. and soon to find out it was different from the inside and did not fit.!! but that is not the problem ..
now for 2 days I'am trying to return it .
I called the customer service the first clls iwas hanging up afer 10 12 min after i got tierd of of there hold music.
the second day I desided to wait on hold and see.
I called again :
I was on hold for 55 min before someone finaly answers,then she asked for my name and invoice # ....
then she said that she is going to transfer me to returns dept. and for me to hold. after 27 min of waiting I got so tierd had to hang up .!! very " BAD EXPERIENCE "
