They always ship my order on time and I am always pleased with what I order. I am so glad that I found them and plan on using them as long as my daughter dances."
"The start of my problems is during shipping. I ordered the product on Saturday with the reasonable expectation that it would ship on Monday, as it was the next business day. The next Wednesday I saw that my order status still had not been updated so I emailed customer support. They offered me several explanations but none of them made enough sense to explain why it had taken three days to process my order or why they had not bothered to let me know that processing was taking some extra time. Regardless, they promised me that it would ship the next morning. On Friday I received the notification that my product had shipped. I again emailed them questioning why it had taken six days to process my order from ordering to shipping and they again offered no real explanation, but they did offer to refund my shipping (still wondering if that ever went through).
After receiving my shoes, I wore them ONCE, realized they didn't fit and went to return them. Several weeks later I asked them if they had received my return and they informed me that they had denied it on the grounds that "they were too damaged to resell". The company did not bother to contact me about this or inform that it had fail. They were content shipping it back to me and letting me discover for myself. Terrible customer support and terrible business practices."
"Maybe the store has better customer service than the website, I sure hope so! I placed an order on Monday & paid regular shipping. Ten minutes later, I placed another order & paid $65 for 1 - 2 day shipping (I was desperate to get item as soon as possible for an event). Both orders arrived on Thursday. The order with the $2.95 regular shipping arrived over TWO HOURS earlier than the order with the $65 1 - 2 day shipping charge! Discount Dance is refusing to refund my $65 shipping charge. They seem be missing a day, not sure if it is Tuesday or Wednesday, but they say they were delivered within 2 days. Even Fed Ex has worked with me on this, tracking the package & apologizing for their late shipment. Discount Dance has extremely poor customer service & I will not order from them again. I think their shipping charges are a scam, too."
