"Supplies were as advertised and a good price. Shipping merchandise needs improvement as to packaging. The supplies most needed were back ordered and one order has not arrived yet. First back order received was Tegaderm Film which had 5 packs missing due to slipping out bottom of box which was not properly sealed. Needed to be in a box or bag so they would not come out of shipping box. The 5 replaced came and had been placed in a paper bag inside of shipping box. Still waiting for most needed items. Customer Service has been courteous, helpful and apologetic. I would use their service again."

"Tens/EMS unit plastic container arrived with a piece broken off the container. Unit was shipped in a shipping package instead of a box.
Called Discount Medical Supplies customer service and they took care of the problem immediately. We have a new container on the way. Only reason for somewhat satisfied is the above or we would have been completely satisfied. Super unit at a great price with fast shipping."
