for $2.42 each. I checked and my credit card has been charged for 2 of these items. I spoke to Ursula and she said that it was an error on your part that you for some unknown reason shipped one of your catalogs in place of 2 ordered antibacterial cleanser gentle rain and paid for items on this invoice number. It would certainly seems as though the 2 pieces that were missing would have been here long before this time especially because of your error in the first place. If I do not receive them within the next very few days I will need to file a dispute on you with my credit card to get the charge for the 2 items off my card. Because there is no doubt that it was your error in the first place as admitted by your representative by the name of Urusual.
This all took place with the error on December 1nd 2014.
