"They have the best prices and reasonably quick delivery. The only suggestion I have is that they could examine their shipping policies. Maybe changes would result in savings that could be passed on to the customers, as their shipping charge was a bit steep in my opinion. Each and every item was shipped separately, including very small and light items (like a single small box of bandaids and a tube of skin cream) that were each sent individually in (sometimes ridiculously large) boxes through FedEx. I hate to think of all the supplies, labor, and gas (and pollution) that this cost. If the items had to be send separately (due to different suppliers?), USPS padded envelopes probably would have been cheaper for most of the items I ordered. Just a suggestion."

"When I pulled the cloth zipper thong on the top of the bag, the thong came off in my hand. Then, when I tried to open the zipper (with the remaining metal zipper grip), the zipper somehow came open the wrong way, making it necessary for me to force it backward into the closed position. I finally got it to work, but I couldn't get the zipper thong back on the zipper grip to make the thong functional, so I decided to just use the zipper grip and forget about the thong. Bear in mind that I was gentle with the zipper when trying to open it, until I needed to force it back into working position. I am not confident that the zipper will hold securely with a full cylinder inside. When carrying a cylinder weighing over five lbs and filled with oxygen, and the zipper lets go, it could be fatal to the carrier and/or those close by if the cylinder drops and explodes. "
