The women said she would call the place that ships the orders and would call me back with the cancel confirmation. I did not hear back from her and called this morning. The person I spoke to said the order shipped and that I would have to pay shipping and 30% restocking on an item that had not even shipped. You cannot tell me that an item shipped within 30 minutes without a tracking number. I don't appreciate inaccuracies - by the time I pay for the shipping (that has not shipped) and 30% restocking) it is just about the same cost as the item. I will never purchase medical items on line - again, there is no cost savings in this case."
